Your presentation: Please bring a memory stick loaded with your presentation; it would provide reassurance if you could send a copy a few days before your lecture so that it can be loaded onto our laptop and seen to be working exactly as you intend (for files that are too large for e-mail please use WeTransfer to artsocballinger@gmail.com). If you have embedded sound in your presentation, please let us know.

Our laptop: Windows 11; Powerpoint 2024; presentation pointer; Bluetooth; HDMI connection to projector

Sound: Wireless microphone headset; reserve hand held microphone; speakers and hearing loop in the hall

Stage / Lectern: You will have a lectern with an illuminated platform for notes or a laptop (ours or yours) in Powerpoint, Presenter mode if required. If you would prefer to deliver your presentation from the hall stage please let us know.

Your controls: the headset has a volume control; the presentation pointer will advance your screens  - and go back; a dimmer switch for you to alter the hall lighting to suit your needs.

If you have an additional IT requirement, please let us know.
