What TASH delivers to You as a Member

The Arts Society Henley (TASH) offers you a curated calendar designed to deepen your appreciation of the arts, whether you are looking for an afternoon of insight or an immersive cultural journey:

  • TASH Talks: Our flagship Lectures are held at the Menza Clubhouse in Henley-on-Thames, and are streamed online for our members who are unable to attend in person. There are 10 each year, at which we host world-class experts who bring art, history, and culture to life through illustrated talks that are as entertaining as they are educational.
  • TASH Trips: Carefully planned one-day Excursions (visits) to galleries, stately homes, and hidden architectural gems across the UK, that offer "behind-the-scenes" access and expert-led tours that you won't find on a typical solo visit.
  • TASH Tutors: For members who want to dive deeper, our Special Interest Days (study days) offer members an immersive exploration of a single subject. Led by renowned experts, these sessions provide a full morning and afternoon of illustrated talks and discussion, delivering a much richer understanding than a single lecture can provide.
  • TASH Tours: For the ultimate cultural immersion, our international Arts Holidays take members to the world’s great art capitals and historical sites, offering a seamless blend of expert guidance and shared travel experiences.
  • TASH Together: Opportunities to volunteer and get involved with lecture days, conservation projects or community arts.
  • The National Arts Society magazine: Full of well researched and interesting articles and updates about current art events and exhibitions nationwide.
