Step into 2,000 years of history with our Historic St Albans Walking Tour, led by expert local guides.  This journey will bring the past to life, first as we wander through the vibrant, historic city centre and then as we marvel at the breath-taking Cathedral and Abbey Church of St Albans, home to Britain’s longest nave and stunning medieval wall paintings.

Pricing: The cost of this Trip will be announced shortly before the booking date, expected to be Thursday 18th March.

After a break for lunch, with a free choice from the many excellent restaurants and cafes in the city centre, we will travel back to Roman times at the renowned Verulamium Museum, where we will explore the world-famous mosaics and ancient treasures.

Travel is by coach from Henley Station Car Park.

Please note that Day Visits require a good level of mobility as there is always a fair degree of walking, often with steps and uneven ground. (Please ask for more information if this is a concern).  Day Visits are not included in the annual membership and come at an extra cost.
