The Arts Society’s corporate policies help guide the way we work, supporting good governance, responsible decision-making, and a positive experience for members, volunteers, trustees and staff.

They provide practical guidance on a range of important areas, helping to ensure that our Societies and the wider organisation operate effectively, inclusively and in line with our charitable aims.

Complaints

The Arts Society strives to provide an excellent service, and we value feedback when things go wrong so we can put matters right as quickly as possible and learn from the experience.

This helps us to improve our services, prevent issues from happening again, and maintain a consistent, open approach for all our members, supporters and stakeholders.

Our Complaints Handling Policy and Procedure supports positive and effective relationships with everyone we engage with, ensuring concerns are listened to and addressed fairly and consistently.
