From Trustees to Society Committee Members, our people - volunteers, members, staff - are the beating heart of The Arts Society.
We would not be where we are today without their dedication and enthusiasm.
All our people work tirelessly to run and support our Member Societies and give their time and expertise to support the arts and heritage sector.
We are run by a Trustee Board, who set the strategic direction and priorities for the organisation, supported by advice from the senior executive team and staff within the central office.
We also have a number of senior leaders in the broader network, with different responsibilities including within individual local Member Societies, many of which are themselves charities.
